The Mondaine Grand Cushion Chronograph takes its inspiration from a vintage case design.

Developed in 1944 by the Swiss Federal Railways (the SBB) for their station clocks, the iconic dial design was first launched as a wristwatch by Mondaine in 1986. The design has truly stood the test of time and has remained unchanged ever since. The look is minimalist with clear Bauhaus influence. Functionality and legibility are the hallmarks of this timepiece collection.

Cushion Shaped Case, Dial

The timepiece showcases a polished stainless-steel case measuring 41mm. The case has rounded corners for an elegant look. Also, it has a perfectly integrated double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, which is extremely strong and scratch resistant. Additionally, the iconic dial is clear and legible at all times thanks to the bold hour markers and minute track. Moreover, the watch features the famous red second hand.

Sustainable Vegan Grape Leather Strap

The sustainable strap of the Mondaine Grand Cushion 41mm Watch is made from grape leather which is a by-product of the wine making industry. Also, the quick-change system allows you to quickly and easily change the 20mm strap for an alternative with no need for tools.
